            These days it seems mobile phones are used everywhere by everyone. Mobile phones come with ever-increasing function that most students are adept at using. In this article, it describes 20 practical ways to use mobile phones to support second language learning, both inside and outside the classroom. There are several teaching reasons to consider using mobile phones in the second language classroom. Most importantly phones are social tools and collaboration among students.
            The following ideas for using mobile phones for second language learning generally focus on developing the skills and integrating the skills:

Some potential problems associated with mobile phones in classroom. First, lack of access to mobile phones that isn’t all students has mobile phones. So, students should share phone together for certain activities. Second, cost of mobile phone and wireless service. Third, noise and disruption in class. Mobile phones increase opportunities for learning. It is also possible that school either prohibits cell phone use in class. Fourth, privacy considerations. It is important to explain students about using their phone for learning activities. Finally, increased teaching workload. The use of mobile phone has the potential to increase teacher workload.
All the ideas above allow teachers to offer increased opportunities for language learning by dealing with challenges of using mobile phone. It is appropriate for this century to use mobile phone teaching both inside and outside the class but it also has problem for students who don’t have mobile phone. So, before teachers would like to use mobile phone for teaching, they should check students’ preparation.
